Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes plays an American actor who is most well known for playing Detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS detective procedural drama CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence as well as Dr. Lane Hunter on the medical drama series The Resident. She received critical acclaim in her portrayal of Eleni Anderson Cooper. This was her first TV role in CBS' soap opera Guiding Light. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are among her credits on film. The actress is currently developing a movie adaptation of Elisabeth KublerRoss's autobiography The Wheel of Life with Vlas and Charley Parlapanides, the duo who wrote the script for Immortals. The actress is currently filming the upcoming show Gods & Heroes.
