Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor from the United States. Her birth date was June 13, 1962. After her debut on film during the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as one of the Brat Pack of actors and starred as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). In recognition of her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actor. She began her career in film beginning in the early 1980s, with the film based on a crime drama Bad Boys, for which she earned a lot of reviews. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie and also starred popular stars Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. She appeared as a character in The Breakfast Club in 1985, a comedy drama that followed her initial success. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club is considered as being among the the best high school films. Even though the budget of the film was just $1 million, the film's profits were more than $50 million. She also began appearing on a number of television shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her TV debut. The show was for teens and began airing in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues are other programs on TV where she was a part of. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse a film about the superhero X-Men in which she plays an appearance. Sheedy has been recognized for her extraordinary performances won many awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
