Alexandra Cooper is the daughter of Bryan Cooper (born on August 21, 1994) and Laurie Cooper. Her father played hockey in the University of Wisconsin. Boston University offered Cooper a sports scholarship after coaches noticed the athleticism she displayed. Cooper decided to accept the opportunity to receive a scholarship and was a part of Boston University's women's soccer team in Division 1 in her 4 year education. Cooper served as captain in her senior school year. Cooper helped her team take home four M.C.T. All four years, Cooper won Prep-A and the M.C.T. Cooper also won All-Prep First Team as well as All-Area First Team recognition as a junior and a senior. Cooper was not just proficient at athletics. During her university years she began to be fascinated by the entertainment and media world. It was then that she took the choice to enter the field. She earned her diploma in film and television from Boston University.
